Introducing new members of our Leadership Team

Craig Dewar-Willox is thrilled to announce the formation of a new Leadership Team as we continue to grow and transform in West Lancashire. A robust leadership team is crucial to support the County’s strategy and aspirational goals, including the growth of the Waddecar Activity Centre. These changes aim to enable more young people to enjoy Scouts. The new Leadership Team will build upon the excellent work of Team West Lancs, further driving our transformation journey.

Our New Structure:

We’re excited share our Transformed Leadership Team as we embark on a journey of change, helping to drive the delivery of our Skills for Life strategy.

We’re transforming volunteering at Scouts to make it easier, more enjoyable and rewarding.

Our Senior Leadership Team:

I know you’ll join me in welcoming the new team. An official handover will take place during County Team Weekend 2024 on Saturday 13 January.

Over the coming months we’ll share more about our vision and plans for the future and how we’ll look to provide support and leadership in the County. I would like to finish by offering some thanks to our current County team for their leadership with dedication and by example. We’ve been in good hands and they’ve set a high standard for the future team to aspire to.
