Managing Behaviour in your Section
An on-line course aimed at supporting you as a leader to manage behaviour effectively aimed at Beaver and Cub leaders. During the course, we will cover: Discover why children behave in different ways. Examine how to respond as a leader. Discuss strategies and gain top tips to support you in being effective at behaviour management. Explore adaptations and responses for those young people with additional or Special educational needs Have time to ask questions. The course will be run by Mark Edwards an ex-Head Teacher and current member of the England Volunteering Development Team.
