DESCRIPTION:An on-line course aimed at supporting you as a leader to manage behaviour effectively aimed at  Beaver and  Cub leaders. \nDuring the course\, we will cover: \n\nDiscover why children behave in different ways.\nExamine how to respond as a leader.\nDiscuss strategies and gain top tips to support you in being effective at behaviour management.\nExplore adaptations and responses for those young people with additional or Special educational needs\nHave time to ask questions.\n\nThe course will be run by Mark Edwards an ex-Head Teacher and current member of the England Volunteering Development Team.
