West Lancashire Scouts are please to announce the appointment of Andrew Hobson as Volunteer Development Lead, following his tenure as interim County Lead Volunteer. See what Cath Lee, County Lead Volunteer has to say below:

I’m pleased to be able to announce that, following his time as Interim County Lead Volunteer, Andrew Hobson has agreed to become our County Volunteer Development Lead, following my change in role.

Andrew brings a wealth of experience in supporting and developing our volunteers, and is passionate about ensuring they have the tools and support they need.  In this role he will focus on learning, inclusion, the volunteer journey, compliance, awards & recognition, development and the management of our County Development Officers.
