Meet Cath, our new Lead Volunteer
After an open search process, we are delighted to announce the appointment of Cath Lee as our next County Lead Volunteer
Cath will officially take over from Andrew on 1st January. We would like to extend a huge #Thanks to Andrew Hobson for stepping in as interim lead over the last eight months and to Chris Lomas for taking on additional responsibility as deputy.

“I’ve been involved in Scouting for many years, supporting young people and volunteers across West Lancs to develop skills for life. I’ve held a range of roles, from leading sections to working at district and county level, helping to strengthen our Scouting community.
I’m passionate about creating opportunities for everyone to get involved and ensuring Scouting remains accessible, inclusive, and inspiring for all. As Lead Volunteer, my focus will be on supporting our amazing volunteers, building on our successes, and driving the county forward in this exciting time.
