We are now looking to recruit Assistant Leaders to deliver our next overseas Community Project, which will be led by Michelle Durney and will take place in Malawi in 2025.
We welcome applications from any member of our county. We are hoping to appoint leaders with the following skills and qualities:
– Has strong leadership skills.
– Is organised
– Is a team player
– Is able to work well during challenging situations.
– Is passionate about developing the skills of young people.
– Enthuses and inspires others.
– Is capable of working well with overseas partners and/or UK charities.
– Is capable of creating and deliver a vision for this event.
