SUMMARY:County Leadership Conference 2026
DESCRIPTION:The County Conference is designed to be a positive and inspiring day\, focused on helping our Groups and Districts meet the challenges of today’s Scouting environment\, while also celebrating the many successes across West Lancashire. It will be a chance to share what is working well\, learn from one another\, and strengthen the support we offer to young people and volunteers in every part of the County. \nAs we look ahead\, the Conference will also provide an opportunity to hear more about the new Scouts strategy\, which is being launched to help drive us forward. This exciting new direction will continue to create great opportunities for our young people and for all the adult volunteers who make Scouting possible. \nAbove all\, we want the day to feel welcoming\, encouraging\, and worthwhile — a chance to step back from the everyday pressures\, spend time with others who share the same commitment\, and leave feeling energised for the future.
