In October 2020, we are taking a group of West Lancashire Scouts to Iceland with the aim of exploring what is a unique and amazing island, meeting local scouts, experiencing the local culture and undertaking some adventurous activities. This trip is proposed to be the 24th of October 2020 until 31st October 2020.
We are currently looking to recruit 2 additional leaders to the leadership team. Full details are available in the Application pack which is linked below.
The cost of this trip will be no more than £1,250 and will include:
– Accommodation for 7 days in Iceland
– Flight to and from Iceland
– A variety of activities based on what the participants would like to do
– All meals
– Scout Insurance
– 2 Weekend training events
– Contingent polo shirt and neckerchief
To ensure no one is excluded for financial reasons, various options for financial support are available and we will help participants to organise fundraising events to help cover costs.
